Users of the turtle.tl service must not be on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN) Human Readable Lists OFAC or any other OFAC lists that prohibit the use of our service. Users of the turtle.tl service cannot be individuals or legal entities who are citizens or residents of the United States, and who are prohibited from using our service according to U.S. regulations, such as legislation, trade embargoes, acts of the U.S. President, economic sanctions, etc.
1. The Turtle.tl service operates in accordance with the laws of its country and ratified international agreements:
1.1. Recommendations for a risk-based approach to virtual assets and virtual asset service providers (FATF).
1.2. 5AMLD EU – Directive (EU) 2018/843 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 amending Directive (EU) 2015/849 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing and amending Directives 2009/138/EC and 2013/36/EU (with reference to the EEA).
2. To prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, turtle.tl reserves the right to refuse services at any stage if there are suspicions of money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other unlawful activities according to the laws of the country where the service operates, the user’s country of residence, or international law.
3. We guarantee the protection of our users’ personal data in accordance with the legislation of the country where we provide our service, as well as in accordance with the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (CED No. 108).
4. The methods of processing and protecting personal data of users are regulated by the Privacy Policy posted on our service’s website.
5. If we detect falsification or compromise of communication flows or any negative impact on the normal operation of the software code of our service related to a user’s request, we will suspend its execution. In this case, we will recalculate the parameters of the request using the funds already received and in accordance with the current conditions. If the user disagrees with the recalculation, we will return the funds to their account.
6. All disputes related to the terms of these Rules must be resolved through negotiations between the parties. In case an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the country where the defendant is located.

7. Information about exchange operations is stored in the Service’s database and is the main source relied upon by the parties in case of disputes related to the exchange.
8. Liability:
8.1. turtle.tl is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by its users as a result of unlawful actions by third parties.
8.2. turtle.tl is not responsible for any delays or unfulfilled Orders that may be caused by errors of the Payment system or bank specified by the User in the submitted Order. In case of such situations, the User agrees that all claims should be directed to the respective Payment system or bank. turtle.tl will assist the User in providing documents confirming the use of the Service when filing a complaint or claim with the administration of the respective Payment system or bank.
8.3. turtle.tl does not verify the legality or legitimacy of the User’s ownership of cryptocurrency, electronic money, or fiat currency involved in a specific Operation. turtle.tl assumes good faith and legality on the part of the User in owning, using, and disposing of bank cards (accounts) and the Funds on them, as specified by the User in the Payment. turtle.tl is not responsible for the User’s ownership, use, and disposal of bank cards (accounts) and the Funds that do not belong to them. All risks and responsibilities for the ownership, use, and disposal of bank cards (accounts) and the Funds on them lie with the User.
9. By accepting these Rules, the User confirms the following:
9.1. When using the turtle.tl service, the User confirms that they have provided truthful information about themselves, and their identification data is authentic.
9.2. The User does not participate in operations or transactions related to money laundering, in accordance with the rules of KYC & AML.
9.3. The User’s income is not related to unlawful activities according to the legislation of the country where the turtle.tl service is located or the country where the User resides, and it does not violate KYC & AML rules.
9.4. The User is not listed as a person involved in income laundering and financing of terrorism on the territory of their country of residence.
9.5. The User has not been subject to legal liability by law enforcement or fiscal authorities of the country of their residence for income laundering and terrorism financing, as well as for fraud or other unlawful actions related to misappropriation of others’ property.
9.6. Trading cryptocurrency and any other actions related to cryptocurrency turnover do not violate the legislation of the User’s country of residence.
9.7. The User agrees not to interfere with the operation of the turtle.tl Service by altering its software or hardware or distorting the parameters (commands) transmitted to it.
9.8. The User is responsible for any damage they may cause to the turtle.tl Service as a result of their actions, regardless of whether it was intentional or due to negligence. In case of causing damage, the User undertakes to fully compensate for it.
9.9. If the User receives payment exceeding the amount specified in the Order, they undertake to return the excess amount to the details provided by turtle.tl. In this case, the transfer fee is paid by the exchange point.
9.10. The User understands and agrees that turtle.tl does not act as a financial advisor and does not provide investment advisory services. Any information provided by turtle.tl to the User cannot be considered as advice or guidance for action.
9.11. The User is aware of and assumes all risks associated with the turnover of cryptocurrency when using the turtle.tl Service.
